ARNOLD OIL

5909 Burleson Road, Austin, Texas 

The project consists of an approximately 132,500 S.F. auto parts warehouse/distribution facility on an approximately 12.6 acre site The building construction is to be concrete tilt wall, steel frame, and “ultra deck” pre-engineered roofing system with a 30’ clear height.  The project shall include an approximately 102,350 S.F. un-airconditioned parts warehouse with shipping/receiving dock doors/ramps and levelers, 4,900 S.F. equipment and warehouse office areas, 5,000 S.F. of public retail and 20,500 S.F. of two story administrative office/training areas.  A 10,000 S.F. outdoor oil tank farm and approximately 2,100 S.F. covered outdoor storage area are included.

DISABILITY RIGHTS OF TEXAS

2222 West Braker Lane, Austin, Texas

This one-story 22,300 square foot space houses offices for the organization's 45 Austin employees, a law library and a large meeting room to host events. Plans call for 10 handicap-accessible parking spaces. This project met and exceeded all ADA requirements and is considered to be one of the best examples of making an office building fully accessible by all. Project completed early 2013

LIBERTY LIFT

3209 West Industrial Ave, Midland TX

This project consists of a 11,136 s.f. one story, 28 foot eave height, pre-engineered steel building with metal roof and exterior metal wall panels.  The building is to include a 25 ton bridge crane, warehouse/machine shop, truck wash bay and wash bay equipment room.  Interior finish out will include conditioned areas consisting of one office, electrical room, janitor closet, men’s restroom/locker room, and additional toilet room facility as may be required by code. 

DAVIS SPRING PHASE II

9825 Spectrum Drive, Austin, TX

The project consists of two concrete tilt-wall and steel framed office/service center buildings.  Building 1 is to be 24-foot clear height with dock high overhead doors or glazing infill.  Buildings 2 is to have a 24-foot clear height and dock height overhead doors at rear.  

LADY BIRD LAKE FISHING PIER

The CORE Health Foundation is in the process of raising approximately $400,000 in donations to build a wheelchair accessible fishing pier. The new handicap accessible fishing pier will consist of an accessible route and parking space located on the south side Lady Bird Lake to be incorporated with the City of Austin's new Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk project. The Pier will be close to "Lakeshore Point" and is to include a metal roof structure and guard rails for handicap fishing access.
